Affiliate Program

PLEASE READ THESE AFFILIATE PROGRAM TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING.

These Affiliate Program Terms ("Affiliate Terms") are part of and supplement the Terms of Service for Tradespad ("Tradespad", "we", "us", or "our"). By applying to, joining, or participating in the Tradespad Affiliate Program (the "Program"), you agree to these Affiliate Terms in addition to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Affiliate Terms, you may not participate in the Program. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in our Terms of Service.

1. Program Overview

The Tradespad Affiliate Program allows participants ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring new paying subscribers to the Tradespad platform located at https://tradespad.com.

The Program is designed for traders, educators, content creators, communities, and other partners who want to share Tradespad with an audience that may benefit from journaling, analytics, and backtesting tools.

2. Program Types

• Public Referral ProgramRegistered Tradespad users may participate through Creem to share a personal referral link with friends, trading partners, or their community, subject to these Affiliate Terms and Creem's applicable platform rules.
• Creator Affiliate ProgramContent creators, educators, and partners with an established audience may apply to Tradespad for creator-focused onboarding and support. Approval is discretionary. Until our own affiliate system is live, approved creator affiliates still participate through Creem and currently receive the same referral commission rate as public participants.

Public and creator affiliates are different participation paths on Tradespad, but both currently earn a 30% recurring commission on qualifying referrals through Creem. We may introduce separate tiers, tools, or payout workflows when we launch our own affiliate structure.

3. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements.
• Have a valid Tradespad account in good standing, where required.
• Complete onboarding, identity verification, and payout setup in Creem where required to receive commissions.
• Provide accurate registration, tax, and payout information when requested.
• Comply with these Affiliate Terms, our Terms of Service, Creem's applicable terms, and all applicable laws.
• Not be located in, or promote the Service to users in, jurisdictions where participation is prohibited.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any application, suspend participation, or remove any affiliate from the Program at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

4. Commissions

• Current Commission RateUntil Tradespad launches its own affiliate infrastructure, both public and creator affiliates earn a recurring commission of 30% on qualifying referral revenue from eligible monthly and annual paid subscriptions, as tracked and calculated through Creem.
• Recurring EarningsCommissions may continue for as long as the referred customer maintains an active paid subscription and remains attributable to your referral through Creem, subject to the conditions in these Affiliate Terms and Creem's platform rules.
• Qualifying ReferralsA referral qualifies only when a user signs up through your unique Creem referral link or other approved tracking method and completes a paid subscription that is not refunded, reversed, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid.
• Non-Qualifying ActivitySelf-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraudulent signups, chargebacks, refunded payments, and subscriptions obtained through prohibited promotion methods do not qualify for commission.

5. Creem Platform and Affiliate Accounts

Because the Program currently runs through Creem, you must use Creem's affiliate tools to participate, generate referral links, view earnings, complete verification, and request payouts. This may include creating or accessing an affiliate account through affiliates.creem.io or another Creem-designated portal.

Your use of Creem's affiliate services is also subject to Creem's terms, policies, verification requirements, and payout rules. Tradespad does not control Creem's payout processing timelines, identity verification decisions, supported payout methods, minimum balances, or hold periods.

If Tradespad migrates the Program to its own affiliate infrastructure, we may require affiliates to re-register, accept updated terms, or move to a new dashboard. We will provide reasonable notice when practicable.

6. Referral Links and Tracking

Affiliates must use only the referral links, codes, or tracking assets provided through Creem or expressly approved by Tradespad. You are responsible for ensuring your links are placed and functioning correctly.

• Referral attribution cookies remain active for 90 days after a user first clicks your referral link. A signup completed within that window may be attributed to you if all other qualifying conditions are met.
• Referral attribution is determined by Creem's tracking systems while the Program is hosted there.
• Creem's and Tradespad's tracking records are final for purposes of commission calculation, subject to reasonable review.
• If a user clears cookies, uses a different device, or signs up without your link, we may be unable to attribute the referral.
• You may not manipulate tracking systems, cookie stuffing, or misrepresent referral sources.

7. Promotional Rules

When promoting Tradespad, you agree to:

• Present accurate information about the Service and its features.
• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship where required by law or platform policy.
• Use only approved branding, screenshots, and marketing materials when provided.
• Avoid making earnings guarantees, investment advice, or misleading performance claims.

You may not:

• Bid on Tradespad trademarks or confusingly similar terms in paid search ads without written approval.
• Send unsolicited spam, bulk messages, or deceptive promotions.
• Create fake reviews, testimonials, or referral activity.
• Promote the Service on illegal, harmful, hateful, or adult content platforms.
• Imply that Tradespad endorses your trading strategy, signals, or financial results.
• Represent yourself as a partner, official representative, ambassador, spokesperson, or employee of Tradespad, or suggest a formal business partnership, unless we have given you prior written permission.
• Use coupon sites, incentive traffic, or rebate schemes unless explicitly approved in writing.

8. Payouts

• Processed by CreemWhile the Program is operated through Creem, commission payouts are issued by Creem according to its affiliate payout schedule, supported methods, minimum balance requirements, identity verification rules, and hold periods.
• Affiliate DashboardEarnings, payout status, and withdrawal requests are managed in your Creem affiliate account. Tradespad may not be able to override Creem payout decisions or timing.
• Future Tradespad InfrastructureIf we launch our own affiliate system, payout methods and schedules may change. Any new structure will be described in an updated version of these Affiliate Terms.
• TaxesYou are solely responsible for any taxes, filings, or reporting obligations related to your affiliate earnings in your jurisdiction.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program immediately if we believe you have violated these Affiliate Terms, our Terms of Service, applicable law, or if your promotional activity creates legal, brand, or fraud risk.

Upon termination, you must stop using Tradespad affiliate links and branding. We may withhold or reverse commissions related to invalid, fraudulent, or non-compliant referrals. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

10. Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use Tradespad name, logo, and approved marketing materials solely to promote the Service under these Affiliate Terms. You may not modify our branding, register confusingly similar domains, or suggest ownership of Tradespad intellectual property.

Participation in the Program does not create a partnership, agency, joint venture, or employment relationship with Tradespad. Affiliates may describe themselves as affiliates or referrers of Tradespad, but may not call themselves "partners" or use equivalent titles unless we expressly authorize it in writing.

11. Disclaimer

The Program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee any specific level of income, traffic, conversions, or continued availability of the Program. Participation is at your own risk.

Tradespad provides journaling and performance analysis tools for informational purposes only. Affiliates must not represent the Service as financial advice, trading signals, or a guarantee of trading profits.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRADESPAD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST COMMISSIONS.

13. Changes to These Affiliate Terms

We may update these Affiliate Terms from time to time, including when we move the Program from Creem to a Tradespad-operated affiliate system or change commission structures. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated by email or through Creem or a future Tradespad affiliate dashboard. Continued participation after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of Spain Law Jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles, consistent with our Terms of Service.
