Welcome to TradesPad! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TradesPad website located at https://tradespad.com and the associated services, tools, and software (collectively, the "Service") operated by TradesPad("[Us]", "We", or "Our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. You also confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

2. Description of Service

TradesPad provides a platform with tools designed for logging, journaling, and analyzing your personal trading activities. The Service is intended to help users track their performance and identify patterns based on the data they input.

3. User Accounts

• RegistrationTo access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• SecurityYou are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security at support@tradespad.com.
• Account SharingAccounts are for individual use only. You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.

4. Use of the Service & User Conduct

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, or obscene conduct.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.

Image Storage Limits

• Basic Plan: 5GB of storage space.
• Pro Plan: 10GB of storage space.
• Free Trial: We reserve the right to implement different or lower storage limits.
• Exceeding these limits may require an upgrade or data reduction.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• SubscriptionsPaid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
• No Refund PolicyAll payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial Subscription periods, unused time, or unlogged usage.
• Automatic RenewalSubscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your account settings or by contacting support.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

• You retain ownership of the trading data and associated content you input.
• If your Subscription lapses, we reserve the right to permanently delete your associated User Content.
• Deletion Window: This deletion may occur without further notice between three (3) to six (6) months after your paid access ends.
• It is your responsibility to export or back up your data before your Subscription ends.

7. Risk Disclosure

Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You could lose all or more than your initial investment.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRADESPAD, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain Law Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
